Establishment of Rental Rewards – Revolutionising Rent Payment Management
Rental Rewards was established, transforming rent payment management for Australian real estate agents and tenants. This innovative platform brought secure and reliable technology, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. Tenants embraced the convenience of paying rent with credit card, earning rewards with every payment, while agents saw a significant reduction in arrears and payment follow-ups.
2004
Gift Card Store launched: Simplified gift-giving across Australia
Gift Card Store, an online gifting solution, enabled Australians to seamlessly send gift cards to family, friends and colleagues across Australia. The first online, open-loop gift card solution in Australia
2005
Corporate Prepaid Cards launched – Australia’s leading provider of prepaid card solutions.
Corporate Prepaid Cards was established, and became the first provider of prepaid Mastercard, Visa and eftpos card solutions for businesses. Preferred by organisations across Australia for corporate gifts, employee rewards, staff expenses, customer loyalty, cashback rewards, promotional awards, and more.

2006
Childcare EasyPay Launched: a payment solution designed for centres and parents
ChildCare EasyPay allowed childcare centres to accept payments by credit card, debit card & bank account. This took the hassle, administration and frustration out of processing payments. With easy and automatic payments, centres no longer had to rely on parents and carers to remember to pay, reducing arrears, payment chasing and bad debt.
2007
Rental Rewards Enhances Rental Experience with Qantas
Rental Rewards partnered with Qantas, offering tenants Qantas Frequent Flyer points when paying rent by card. This partnership not only added value for tenants but also enhanced the overall rental experience for Australians using Rental Rewards.
2010
Corporate Prepaid Cards simplify Cashback Programs with comprehensive campaign management and easy cashback redemption.
Corporate Prepaid Cards simplified Cashback Programs, introducing an end-to-end Cashback Program capability. This innovation eliminated the need for time-consuming cashback validation and approvals, allowing clients to customise their programs and fulfill cashbacks to qualifying customers with ease.
2010
Thoroughbred Payments: Changing the way the racing industry got paid
The launch of Thoroughbred Payments allowed trainers, stud farms, vets, equine service providers and other merchants to accept payments by credit card, debit card & bank account and set up and process direct debit for services easily and securely.
Over time, integrations with major software plaforms including Ardex, Stable Eyes, Stallion and Prism made Thoroughbred Payments the go-to for seamless payments in the industry.

Establishment of TravelPay Layby: Revolutionising the Australian Travel Industry
TravelPay Layby disrupted the Australian travel industry, empowering travel agents to fulfil customers’ dream trips. TravelPay Layby was an innovative payment solution that allowed agents to secure full payment upfront while providing customers with the flexibility to pay in convenient instalments.
With TravelPay Layby, thousands of Australians transcended budget constraints, embracing unforgettable travel experiences.
2014
Enter Zenith Payments Pty Ltd
Pinpoint’s loyalty and rewards business was acquired by Mastercard, and Zenith Payments was formed to house the remaining Payments and Prepaid Card business units.
2016
TravelPay Introduces Hassle-Free Card Payments
TravelPay’s card payment solution revolutionised how agents accept payments by providing secure, branded customer payment links. This innovative solution offered customers a convenient ‘virtual’ option to make payments via card to their Travel Agent, anytime, hassle-free and securely.
This was followed by integrations with travel software systems such as Tramada and VTO which further cemented TravelPay as the leading payment solutions provider in the travel industry.
2017
Launch of B2Bpay in partnership with Qantas Business Rewards
B2Bpay is a secure online payment portal for Australian businesses to make and receive payments while earning maximum credit card reward points and Qantas Points on every business expense. Featuring advanced integrations with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, B2Bpay introduced easy and rewarding business payments into the Australian market.
With B2Bpay, businesses can improve cash flow and boost reward point balances.
2017
Gift Card Registry: launch of innovative online gift registry
Gift Card Registry was launched. A better alternative to traditional gifting registries, this innovative online gifting solution enabled loved ones to seamlessly contribute to a combined gift for special occasions like as weddings, birthdays, retirements and more. The collective funds are loaded onto a Mastercard Gift Card, so the recipient can use the funds on anything they want, from anywhere worldwide where Mastercard is accepted.

Rental Rewards Partners with Raine & Horne
Rental Rewards partnered with Raine & Horne, a trusted real estate agent since 1883 managing over 120,000 properties across Australia. This partnership expanded Rental Rewards’ services and reach, solidifying its position in the market.

Gift Card Store: re-launch revolutionised online gifting
Gift Card Store revolutionised online gifting with the launch of its new website, same-day gifts and design your own card capabilities. With Mastercard E-Gift and Digital Mastercard Gift Cards, gift purchasers could now order and have their gift delivered by email or SMS, the day of the special occasion. The newly introduced capability, allowing purchasers to design their own gift card in minutes, proved to be the perfect gift for customers looking for a gift with a difference or for those who have everything. Gift Card Store was awarded winner of the Australian Web Awards, ecommerce category in 2019.

ZAAP was established, providing parents and children a safe, secure and hassle-free way to manage pocket money. The pocket money app and prepaid pocket money card helps parents teach their children healthy spending habits and financial responsibility. TravelPay Introduces American Express ‘Pay with Points’ – Opening Doors to New Possibilities
TravelPay introduced American Express ‘Pay with Points’, enabling travel agents to accept American Express Membership Reward Points as payment. This feature not only attracted new customers for TravelPay agents but also made holidaying experiences more affordable and accessible for Amex card holders.

Corporate Prepaid Cards goes digital.
Digital Single-load and Reloadable Mastercard Cards are introduced. Supported by the Universal Gift Card cardholder app, clients could now benefit from faster, lower cost card solutions with a range of benefits not offered by other providers in Australia.

In partnership with CATO, TravelPay launched TravelPay B2B, a tailored solution benefiting both travel suppliers, tour operators, cruise lines, and travel agents.
This innovative platform allows travel suppliers to seamlessly receive bank account payments from travel agents. For travel agents, TravelPay B2B provides an easy and secure way to make bank account payments to travel suppliers, complete with detailed payment reporting history.

Rental Rewards partnered with The Ambassador Club, Australia’s premier member benefits program, providing access to over 10,000 benefits nationally. This partnership further enriched the rewards and benefits available to Rental Rewards users.

Introducing TravelPay Later – Redefining Travel Payment Solutions
TravelPay introduced TravelPay Later (powered by Latitude), replacing TravelPay Layby.
With TravelPay Later, customers can pay for their travel in 6 or 12 interest-free monthly instalments, while agents receive upfront payments in full, at no cost to them.

Acquisition of Smart Central
Zenith Payments acquired Smart Central, further strengthening our position in the childcare market.
Today, Smart Central represents over 15 years of experience in the Australian childcare industry, delivering features and functionality required by educators, administrators, and parents in one fully integrated solution. With Smart Central All-in-One, childcare centres can focus on delivering an outstanding education experience while Smart Central takes care of payments plus essential administration, learning, and communication tools.

FAREPAY: introducing the Universal Transport Card.
Corporate Prepaid Card launches FAREPAY, a Universal Transport Card that can be used to pay for transport services on taxis, rideshare services, public transport and domestic travel. This unique solution enables clients to reduce expense administration and have better control and transparency over travel expenses.

TravelPay partners with Pelikin to launch TravelPay Money
TravelPay launched TravelPay Money, a market leading prepaid foreign currency travel card (and app) sold through travel agent partners to end travellers.
TravelPay Money was built to make it simple for travel professionals to offer the product (integrated into the travel payment process) and also benefit from long-term commissions, ensuring an additional and sustainable revenue stream for TravelPay agents.
