Kim Harding
Chairperson

Kim Harding (M Comm) is the founder and owner of Zenith Payments and holds the position of Chairperson. Kim has 40 years of experience in business and marketing. From early days with Heuga and Kimberley Clarke, Kim advanced to Marketing Director at American Express (Aus/NZ) launching the first Gold Card, and Managing Director, Sky Channel, launching Pay TV in Australia.

During these formative years, Kim was a finalist in Australian Business Woman of the Year (1982) and Bulletin Young Executive (1987). Leaving corporate life in 1984, Kim formed her own company, Pinpoint Pty Ltd. Pinpoint Pty Ltd developed from a direct marketing agency into a very successful, international loyalty company, operating loyalty programs in Australia, and Asia for 100 million customers, 25 banks and 50,000 merchants. Pinpoint was recognised as the best start up in China in 2013.

Pinpoint Pty Ltd was sold in 2014 to MasterCard and is now their global loyalty platform. Kim is a recognised innovator. She has implemented the design and launch of multiple programs in Australia many of which were world firsts. Examples are:

Pay TV: Qantas Frequent Flyer Program; Credit Card Loyalty Programs: Travel Loyalty Currencies; Direct Marketing; Direct Sales including the Home Shopping Show, Preferred Seating and Clearance Shop: Seniors Cards; Interest Free Payment Plans; Bill Reminder and Bill Payment Services and Prepaid Cards.

Kim has also served on the board of Racing NSW from 2008 to 2011. Zenith Payments, established post Pinpoint, in 2014, is now benefitting from Kim’s entrepreneurial and innovative expertise.

Andrea Slark
Chief Executive Officer

Andrea was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Payments in October 2016

Prior to joining Zenith, Andrea held various executive roles at Helloworld Limited, most recently the Head of Corporate Development where she held responsibility for Strategy, Merger and Acquisition projects, negotiating strategic partnerships, Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Property. Previously, Andrea was General Manager Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions at Qantas and, over the years, has provided financial advice and led multi-disciplinary teams across Australia, the UK, Italy and the Czech Republic. Andrea is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Adam Harris
Chief Financial Officer

Adam was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Zenith Payments in May 2014.

Prior to joining Zenith, Adam was CFO of the Geddes Group (Anne Geddes) and General Manager Finance (Resources & Energy) for Transfield services. Previously, Adam was CFO for the Moraitis Group which involved Private Equity funding, Commercial Development Manager for EnergyAustralia and held various positions within Deloitte over his 12 year tenure. Adam has a wide breadth of financial experience in both public and privately held groups and has managed large finance teams . Adam is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Kevin Butler
General Manager

Kevin has worked with Zenith Payments for over 12 years and heads up the Payments division.

With a wealth of experience in the industry, Kevin launched and oversees the Payments business units at Zenith comprising of multiple payment processing solutions across real estate, education, travel, B2B and other sectors.

Prior to joining Zenith, Kevin held various marketing and management positons in Australia and Ireland. At Ireland’s leading newspaper group, Independent Newspapers Ireland, he was responsible for the award-winning education sector marketing.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Business, Kevin held various marketing, promotions and business development roles with Coca-Cola in Ireland. With State Transit Authority of NSW (Sydney Buses & Sydney Ferries), Kevin progressed through several marketing, website and communication roles

Vanessa Green
Head of Sales

Vanessa was appointed Head of Sales at Zenith Payments in February 2015.

Prior to joining Zenith Payments, Vanessa held various positions in Sales Director capacity across Human Resources, Media & Marketing Industries. Vanessa has worked at companies such as Fairfax, Adecco, Channel Nine, Staples to name a few. Vanessa manages the Prepaid Card sales team and the majority of the Bill Payments sales team members. Throughout her career, Vanessa loves to empower, coach and mentor team members to ensure their professional development and growth. She also enjoys maintaining sound client relationships and business partnerships through numerous professional networks. Vanessa believes that Zenith Payments is undoubtedly the best culture she has ever worked in.

Lauren Jenkins
Marketing Director

Lauren is a passionate marketer who has worked alongside some of the top marketing leaders in the industry, specifically at Pinpoint, Australia and Asia Pacific's no.1 loyalty marketing company. Her career started as the Technology Buyer for credit card reward programs such as Westpac Altitude, ANZ Rewards and American Express Membership Rewards until she moved to a project management role in the VISA team where she managed below the line VISA campaigns. During this time Lauren spearheaded the 2006 Commonwealth Games project, sponsored by VISA, where Melbourne CBD was painted VISA, VISA, VISA in every main shopping centre, high street retail stores and major tourist sites. Lauren then progressed to selling, negotiating, buying and online marketing where she managed various online shops, leading a team of marketers, copywriters, customer service and fulfilment assistants.

Lauren now looks after marketing for the whole Zenith Payments Group as well as heading up the TravelPay division.

Marie Iatsenta
Director of Rental Rewards & Property Pay

Marie was appointed Director – Rental Rewards & Property Pay at Zenith Payments in May 2017.

Marie has 10 years of industry experience and is a subject matter expert in the Real Estate payment space. Her approach is fact based, planned and creative.

Marie has a Masters in Sociology and she understands the needs of the society, including its origins, development, organisation, networks, and institutions. She delivers through a consultative approach, working to determine pain points and requirements then implementing tools to deliver a resolution. She is determined and innovative in promoting the business.

Mitch Crebert
Director of Operations

Mitch was appointed Director of Operations for Zenith Payments in August 2017.

Prior to joining Zenith, Mitch held management positions in the Health and Fitness industry, working in sales, operations and customer service. Mitch is responsible for integrating change, with a clear focus on continuous improvement, to systems, business structures and customer/supplier relationships. Mitch began his Zenith journey leading the customer service and operations team in the Prepaid Cards team and now oversees the service and operations of all Zenith Payments’ business units.
